Meet the founder, Kristi Rowe, MPAS, PA-C.

Injector. Athlete. Mom. Leader.

With over 24 years of experience as a board-certified Physician Assistant—and more than 15 of those dedicated to aesthetic medicine—Kristi Rowe brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, artistic intuition, and unwavering discipline to her practice. Her journey began in women’s health, but it was in the world of facial aesthetics that her passion for transformation truly came to life.

At age 40, Kristi pushed her own limits by stepping into competitive fitness. By 45, she earned her pro card in women’s figure bodybuilding—proving that strength and elegance not only coexist but elevate one another. That same energy is reflected in her approach as an injector: Precision. Confidence. Empowerment.

Raised in a tight-knit South Omaha family, Kristi is the middle of five children and the first to attend college. She’s also a proud mom to two daughters, Ava and Gabby, and a former collegiate softball player for one of the nation’s top women’s programs.

Whether she’s in the treatment room or leading her business, Kristi blends grit, grace, and intention—helping every client look and feel like the most powerful version of themselves.

The Birth of The Aesthetic Atelier

In 2019, Kristi joined Finesse Advanced Medical Aesthetics as a partner, drawn to its heart-led approach and clinical integrity. From this foundation, she created The Aesthetic Atelier—a refined, welcoming space where elevated care meets curated beauty.

“This is more than a med spa. It's a place where transformation feels safe, personal, and lasting.”
